Friday, November 18, 2022, is a professional development (PD) day for elementary and secondary school staff.

Students will not attend school, in person or virtually.

All board-operated Extended Day and Youth Development programs will be closed.

All staff will engage in a full day of professional learning focused on School Learning and Improvement Planning, and/or participate in mandatory training.

Note: Assigned staff will participate in the mandatory Behavior Management Systems (BMS) recertification or initial training.

WRDSB-operated before and after-school programs will be closed so that our staff are able to participate in these important learning and training opportunities. For community-operated before and after-school programs, please verify closure dates with your provider.
